The Diagnostics Tool is used to capture system information to enable Datapath Support to assist in solving any problem you may need to report. The tool gathers the relevant information into a ZIP package, which might then be shared with Datapath Support.

When requested by a member of the Datapath Support Team please run the Diagnostics Tool by clicking on the DiagTool.exe program and then follow the Wizard enabling the options that are suggested.
The last page of the Wizard will show the location of the ZIP file containing the results gathered from the system. Please forward these to support@datapath.co.uk for analysis.
